What to Expect

We hope you loved having your IV Nutrient infusion with us! Everyone is different; due to genetics, disease, stress, life-style factors, nutrient levels and more. While this means that we can not guarantee specific outcomes, we do expect positive results for you.

  • You can carry on with normal daily activities.

  • Rest if you feel tired.

  • Drink plenty of water over the next 24 hours.

❋ After your infusion
  • Mild soreness, redness, or bruising at the injection site

  • Warmth or flushing

  • Mild fatigue or light-headedness

  • Temporary headache

These usually settle within a few hours.

❋ Possbile mild reactions
  • Some benefits of IV therapy may take a few weeks to notice.

  • Everyone responds differently; patience is important.

  • If you have received IV Ferinject (iron infusion), increase your liposomal vitamin C intake to support iron absorption.

  • Maintain normal meals and hydration.

  • Avoid very strenuous exercise immediately after the infusion if you feel tired.

  • Call your nurse immediately if you notice:

    • Persistent or worsening injection site pain or swelling

    • Severe bruising

    • Shortness of breath or chest tightness

    • Severe headache, dizziness, or fainting

    • Rash, itching, or any signs of an allergic reaction
